The summer palace of the Marquis of Pombal at the foot of the Montejunto Mountain may be a bit run down, with weeds growing in the bedrooms of the palacio in which he used to romp with his lady friends. How ironic that a palace of the man who rebuilt Lisboa after the earthquake and tsunami should now be so tumbled down. But our visit to the Quinta do Gradil yesterday turned up something of use to WOSA in the struggle to sell SA wine overseas.
